Forum Overview
Forum is peer-to-peer sharing with an established group of people on a monthly basis. EO members are placed into groups of local chapter members who have no pre-existing personal or business interest conflicts with one another. Through a series of EO standard language and behavior protocols, an atmosphere of honesty and trust is created in which each member is able to harness the wisdom of their peers to critically examine any business, personal or family challenges they may face. Forum is the #1 International benefit in EO.
Each new member attends a Forum Training Program (FTP) — A day-long event that equips new members with core competence and the basic skills necessary to be integrated into a Forum group — or to launch a group of members together as a new Forum group.
Each new Moderator attends a Moderator Training Program (MTP) — A day-long event that brings chapter moderators together to learn skills that will help them to lead and manage a Forum effectively. Forum language and experiential-sharing techniques are used to allow participants to reflect on the functionality of their own Forum and seek feedback from the expert trainer and their moderator peers (in a confidential manner).
